Green clams
Recipe:
1 medium poblano
2 jalapeños
1/2 onion
2 inch piece of ginger
1 bunch of cilantro, blanched
2 lbs of clams, I used littlenecks
6 garlic cloves, sliced
1/2 can of beer (6 oz.)
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
