Squash cremeux
Makes about 3 cups
6 oz squash, I used 2 honey nut
1 tsp gelatin powder
2 Tbsp cold water
4 oz heavy cream
2 oz whole milk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
2 oz granulated sugar
5 egg yolks
Preheat oven to 350F
