Sweet potato churros with chili crisp chocolate sauce

Cinnamon sugar:

• 1 cup granulated sugar

• 1 star anise, ground

• ¼ cup ground cinnamon 

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

Chili crisp chocolate sauce:

• 4 oz heavy cream

• 3 oz dark chocolate chocolate chunks

• 1 Tbsp chili crisp

• 2 Tbsp maple syrup
