Recipe: makes about 1 pint

• 3 habaneros

• 1/2 white onion

• 1 tomato

• 1 bulb garlic

• Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Char all the veggies until onions are cooked through.

2. Remove skin from garlic and onion.

3. Use food processor, or immersion blender and blend until desired consistency.

4. Season with salt and pepper.
