Recipe:

Wonton filliing: makes a lot. freeze the rest

• 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped in small pieces

• 1 lb ground pork

• 4 green scallions, sliced thinly

• 2 inch piece of ginger, minced

• 3 Tbsp sesame oil

• 2 Tbsp soy sauce

• 4 Tbsp shaoxing wine

• 1 Tbsp kosher salt

• 1/4 tsp ground white pepper

Mix everything until evenly distributed.
